T-Square is a multi-discipline engineering consultancy dedicated to the Oil and Gas sector. Based in New Cairo, Egypt, we support clients across Egypt, Libya, and the MENA region with expert manpower, detailed engineering, and technical consultancy services.

Contract, temporary, and permanent placement of qualified engineers across all disciplines: process, piping, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, civil, HSE, HAZOP facilitators, project managers, commissioning engineers, and draftsmen. Rapid deployment with structured onboarding and ongoing performance monitoring.
Detailed engineering across all disciplines from conceptual design through full project documentation. Process: P&IDs, simulations, relief and flare system design. Piping: GA drawings, isometrics, stress analysis. Instrumentation: loop diagrams, SIL assessments. Electrical: single-line diagrams, cable schedules. Civil and HSE: structural packages, firefighting systems.
In-house certified HAZOP, HAZID, and LOPA facilitators. Fire and gas system engineering including detector placement and firefighting network design. Consequence modeling, QRA, facility siting studies, and safety case development. Process performance reviews, gap assessments, and independent design verification.
